When you preview the content the American Board of Craniofacial Pain's website and/or download applications and other information, the ABCP automatically collects and temporarily stores certain data about your visit such as the:

  • Time spent on the site.
  • Pages viewed.

You do not have to give us personal information to visit our website. The information provided is handled on a confidential basis within the ABCP. However, e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your message is sensitive, you may prefer to send it by fax or postal mail.

We request information from the user on forms that may be downloaded from our Web site. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

The ABCP does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our visitors, unless required by law enforcement or statute. Please note that ABCP provides alternate means of communicating with us if you do not want to submit information over the Internet.
